The following conditions apply:

The goods are delivered worldwide.

Shipping (including statutory VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany):

We calculate the shipping costs to Germany as follows:

- UPS standard to Germany after 3 weeks production time = 10.00 €
- UPS Express to Germany after 3 weeks production time = €16.00


Deliveries abroad :

We calculate the shipping costs abroad as follows:

- UPS Standard to Benelux after 15 workdays production time = €10.00

- UPS Express to Benelux after 15 working days production time = €14.50

- UPS Standard to France after 15 working days production time = 13.50

- UPS Express to France after 15 working days production time = €18.50

- UPS Standard to United Kingdom after 15 working days production time = €24.50

- UPS Express to United Kingdom after 15 working days production time = €30.00

- UPS Standard - Other European countries within EU after 15 workdays production time = €14.50

- UPS Express - Other European countries within EU after 15 workdays production time = €19.00

- UPS Express to Latin America, Asia, Middle East/Africa after 15 workdays production time = €27.00

- UPS Express to USA after 15 working days production time = €22.00


delivery times

In the case of goods designed individually according to customer requirements, the correction template is created within 3-5 working days after the conclusion of the contract, the design work is carried out and the goods are delivered within 15-20 working days after release of the correction template (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment order), unless otherwise stated in the respective offer.

Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, the goods are delivered domestically (Germany) within 15-20 working days, for deliveries abroad within 15-20 working days after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the date of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one shipment, unless we have made any other agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
