Question: How do I determine my ring size or arm circumference for bracelets and bangle?
Answer: For rings we offer the convenient multisizer that you here for a small fee. For bangles, measure the circumference of your hand with a tape measure or a strip of paper by moving your thumb to your little finger, as if you were slipping a bracelet over your hand. For bangles, you can measure the width and height of your wrist with a ruler. Add approx. 10 - 15 mm here so that the bangle is not too tight.
Question: What are the most common ring sizes for women and men in Germany?
Answer: Rings in sizes 48 - 56 fit more than 80% of women's hands. For men, the average ring size is between 57 and 62. However, it is always advisable to determine the exact ring size before ordering. The Multisizer ring tool, which you can be ordered here.
Question: Why is the production and delivery time around 15 - 20 days?
Answer: With the many models, sizes and finishes that we offer, it is not possible for us to stock the entire range. For this reason, we only produce in the desired configuration for each customer once the order has been placed, for resource-saving and economic reasons. The 3D models are then 3D printed in a wax-like burnable material in the desired size. This 3D print is then used for the casting process and the piece of jewelry (with other others) is cast in 925 sterling silver or another alloy, cleaned (remove casting channels etc.) and the finish such as gloss, high gloss, antique etc. Made by machine or by hand. After a thorough inspection, the piece of jewelery is then sent directly from production to the customer.
Question: Why do you only offer 14k yellow gold?
Answer: 14k gold is more durable due to its higher metal content. It is therefore ideal for everyday use as it is slightly harder than 18k gold and does not scratch easily. On special request we can also offer 18 carat yellow gold, white gold or rose gold. To do this, send us an email specifying the desired model and size.
Question: Is your silver jewelery rhodium-plated (tarnish protection)?
Answer: We like it puristic and do not rhodium-plate our silver jewelry. Why hide the beautiful pure silver under a so-called protective layer? In addition, no intentional blackening of ornaments, patterns or writing with Edeloxyd or Goshiba can be used. Even rhodium plating does not last forever and rubs off over time through contact with other objects. Having a rhodium-plated piece of jewelry repaired or altered is very time-consuming and expensive.
